We are a unique expression of our family, Bethel Church, yet our vision is the same — to see the global expansion of God's Kingdom through His manifest presence. We express this mission by creating a place of belonging in our community for leaders around the world. BLN is not about building a big organization or a denomination, but about building big people. We empower global mothers and fathers to raise up the next generation and provide a place for emerging leaders to be transformed and equipped. It is our dream that our BLN family will cause reformation in the church, release freedom into the spheres of society, and create apostolic places and spaces that will empower every believer in their uniqueness and divine calling to bring Heaven to earth. Together, we seek to take the Kingdom further than we ever thought possible.

Learn from Bethel’s leadership culture and raise up revivalists who will carry the Kingdom into every sphere of influence!

As part of the greater Bethel family, we express the heart and culture of our home. We are revivalists, passionate about seeing God’s Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. We are courageous visionaries who have experienced the manifest presence and goodness of God. We’ve been transformed by His Spirit and found our tribe in Bethel.
Dave & Taff Harvey
Co-Directors of Bethel Leaders Network
Dave & Taff Harvey are the Co-Directors of Bethel Leaders Network. They moved from Australia to Redding CA in 2009 to pursue the Kingdom of Heaven in a greater way. Dave is a gifted motivational speaker who has a powerful prophetic voice and international influence. His passion is the empowerment of individuals, leaders and communities, in all spheres of society, helping them to live naturally supernatural lives. Dave also has a passion for sharing testimonies, and out of this passion he has founded and currently oversees the INCREASE Productions.
Taff is passionate about worship, family, and leadership. Taff has pursued the heart of heaven in worship ever since she was a child. She currently serves as the Worship Team Pastor for the Bethel Healing Rooms. She has a passion to see people gain freedom in body, mind and spirit, through encounters with the Holy Spirit and the presence of God. Taff’s heart is to help others realize their true identity as sons and daughters in the Kingdom of Heaven.
Leading together, Dave & Taff compliment each other and pull out each other's strengths. They are passionate about creating healthy supernatural families. They have three blonde boys Zeke, Jaden and Chase.
Steve & Wendy Backlund
Senior Associate Directors
Steve and Wendy Backlund were senior pastors for 17 years before joining the team at Bethel Church in Redding, California in 2008. One of their pastoral assignments was Mountain Chapel in Weaverville, California, where Bill Johnson pastored before coming to Bethel. Steve is a leader, developer, joy activist, revivalist teacher, and a key part of the BLN leadership team. Wendy compliments Steve greatly in these things and has a ministry teaching people to live from the spiritual dimension of their lives. They travel extensively throughout the world encouraging churches and leaders. Together, they’ve authored more than a dozen books.
Jeremy & Bridget Hilliard
BLN Engage Pastors
Jeremy & Bridget have spent 20 years of ministry in numerous countries around the world launching churches, ministries, and businesses, with a drive to see His kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven. They love partnering together in ministry and teaming up in all that Jesus places in their path to join Him in. They thrive in preaching, teaching, leading, and being led by the spirit with Jesus' strategies of Heaven!
Garett Payne
BLN Influence Pastor
Garett is the Influence and Operations Pastor for Bethel Leaders Network. He loves seeing others succeed and enjoys the playful moments in ministry. He is a second-generational pastor, business owner, and head football coach for the University Prep 14U team in Redding, California.
Deborah Coombs
Guest Services Director
Deborah is the Guest Services Director for BLN and the Local Church. She's served Bethel for 18 years and currently oversees and coordinates BLN Gatherings and Conferences, hospitality for speakers, BLN Leaders and special guests.
Deborah enjoys leading people into power encounters and adventures with Holy Spirit, teaching people to embrace the gift of a relationship with Holy Spirit and minister with the angelic.
Elena Zueva
BLN Russian-Speaking Pastor
Elena Zueva is from Siberia, Russia, and gave her life to Jesus in 1992 right after the fall of the communism. Elena holds a Russian degree in theology also was a full time teacher at bible college before coming to Bethel in 2008 and now serves as BLN’s Russian-speaking development pastor. Elena is passionate about equipping people to bring God’s Kingdom into every area of their lives and seeing how His Kingdom transforms nations.
