    What time zone are the Zoom calls on?

        All zoom sessions will be in Pacific Time Zone.

    Will the LIVE sessions be recorded?

        Yes. The LIVE sessions will be recorded and posted on our community within 24-48 hours after the LIVE.

    How do I change my email address?

        Please email us at: bln@bethel.com and provide us with your new email address and we will make the necessary changes for you!

    How do I change my credit card information?

        Please make sure to use the email we have on file for you and that the billing address matches the address that you have given your bank. Click Here To Update Credit Card

    If I can’t make the LIVE masterclass zoom call, how can I have my questions answered?

        You can send in your questions on the Mighty Networks platform and they will be asked during the zoom call for you.

    Can I use more than one email address for my account?

        No, our system allows for only 1 email address per membership, if you login with a different email, the system will create a duplicate account.

    Is there an end date to my membership?

        Your membership renews automatically every month/year until you cancel.

    Will the calls be interactive? Or teaching only?

        The Zoom calls are both interactive and teaching.
