The cost for the 3-day visit format is $3,500 USD. This fee covers the sessions and ministry provided by Paul and Susan, along with their cost of travel. Additional costs for accommodations and meals may need to be discussed separately.

Paul and Susan believe that the best way to rest and grow is through the Father’s love and they are passionate about serving as God’s vessels of love by meeting people in their context. Thus, the visits focus on meeting senior leaders, their spouses, and staff members to love them wholeheartedly by providing in-depth care, coaching, and ministry, along with team-building, prophetic ministry, and problem-solving sessions.

The 3-day visit includes one-on-one sessions, team dinners, large group meetings, and a Sunday service. The 5-day visit offers a more extensive retreat experience with additional sessions, fun and fellowship time, and customizable topics based on the congregation's needs.

One-on-one sessions provide personalized care, coaching, and ministry for the senior leader, their spouse, and all other staff members in turn. Each session lasts approximately 1 to 2 hours.

Once you’ve secured your visit, make sure you:

• Complete the 360 Survey: Provide valuable insights to Paul and Susan to tailor their visit to your specific needs.
• Connect Vulnerably: During your pre-visit time with Paul and Susan, be open and honest about your needs and expectations.
• Inform and Engage Your Team: Communicate the upcoming visit to your team and gather their input on areas they would like to address and grow in.
• Pray Together: As a team, pray for the Lord to encounter you and unite you in ways that surpass your understanding during the visit.
• Build Excitement: Look forward to a wonderful and transformative time with Paul, Susan, and their team.

The visit aims to strengthen leadership health, dynamics, foster unity, provide prophetic insights, and offer practical solutions to challenges, ultimately building a foundation on the Father’s love and the power of the Holy Spirit.

After setting a date, Paul and Susan will send you a payment link. You will have 2 weeks to complete the full payment. If the payment is not made within this period, the dates may be offered to another BLN congregation.
