Jamila is married to her amazing husband, Richard, and a mother to their four children, Andrew, Jazmyn, Joy and Rachel. Jamila is first-generation American, born to proud Panamanian (Central American) parents. Family and heritage are very important where she comes from. Jamila has been a friend of God since 1997 and started serving in ministry leadership in 2002 alongside her husband. In 2017, the Lord led them to BSSM where her world was transformed through the leaders and teachers. In 2019, Jamila was honored to be invited to join the second-year team as a Revival Group Pastor! The Lord has called her His prophet and a mother to the nations. She is passionate about family and teaching the body how God demonstrates Himself through each of us - through our cultures, communities, and unique identities.
