Rainer was born and raised in Birmingham, AL and is married to his childhood sweetheart, Laurie Ann. After marrying in 2005 and spending 12 years in the business world, they moved to Redding in 2017 with their 6 children to pursue more of God, build community, and live out the mandate "On Earth as it is in Heaven". Rainer has a calling to minister in an outpouring of Joy and carries an anointing for people to experience the Love of Father God in their lives. His desire is to see all of God's children walk in total freedom, brought into wholeness through supernatural healing of body, soul and spirit, and seek the restoration of hearts through Kingdom family
