Embracing Your Weakness as a Leader
Do You Feel Inadequate? Discover How God Uses Your Weaknesses for His Strength.
Discover the power of divine qualification and spiritual empowerment through faith.
Do you ever grapple with feelings of inadequacy or weakness? Do you sometimes feel like you’re just ‘not enough’?
We’ve got good news… You’re a prime candidate for God’s greatness to flow through you! God often works most profoundly through our vulnerabilities. The moments when you feel inexpert and unqualified are when you’re primed and ready for God to show Himself strong. In fact, it's often our strengths that get in the way of what God wants to do in and through us more than our weaknesses. God isn't looking for your qualifications or strengths; He's looking for your dependence on His Spirit — therein lies your true qualification.
God doesn’t call the qualified; He qualifies the called.
Moses was a man who felt deeply inadequate. Yet despite his initial hesitations and shortcomings, he grew into a mighty leader by the power of God's Spirit (Exodus 4:10-12).
The apostle Paul also famously declared, "For when I am weak, then I am strong" (2 Corinthians 12:10). Our limitations serve as fertile ground for God's strength to manifest in extraordinary ways. Instead of viewing weaknesses as disqualifiers, we can see them as opportunities for divine intervention and supernatural empowerment.
Are you good enough for the job? Who cares! God is.
